1. Q: What is your return policy?
   A: You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. Please contact us for return instructions.
2. Q: Are the Helmets Original?
   A: Each helmet is an exact Replica of the helmet used by the driver at a certain Grand Prix event. Original Helmets can cost 4-5 times expensive. Please read carefully all description before purchasing.
3. Q: Is this helmet Snell rated? Can be used for Racing?
   A: Replica Helmets are not Snell rated. The helmet can be use for Karting, motorcycling or just for exhibition. They are well built by artisan, with interior of polyurethane and upholstered neck. Polycarbonate view finder term shaped of two millimeters. The helmets are manufactured using high standard procedures
4. Q: What painting material do you use?
   A: We use high quality and resistant poliuretanic paints, providing the best visual effect and brightness. A double layer lacquer protection is applied once the helmet is finished.
5. Q: What is the Helmet Visor build off?
   A: Helmet visors are built on Polycarbonate 3mm. These high tech visors perform extremely well under severe fogging conditions, such as heavy rain or humidity in cold environment. The visors are made of polycarbonate, the best and strongest material.
6. Q: Do you have all sizes Available?
   A: Yes we do have all sizes available. Small (S) size is 55/56cm, Medium (M) size is 57/58cm, Large (L) size is 59/60cm and Extra Large (XL) size is 61/62cm.
7. Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?
   A: We accept PayPal and Credit Cards Payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is easy to open one with www.paypal.com. It is the easiest and fastest way to pay for your order.
8. Q: What does “Time of Production” means?
   A: We normally have all products in Stock. Sometimes we do not have some helmets in stock, so we have to manufacture them once your order arrives to us. The “Time of Production” is the time between we received your payment to the moment we ship your package. We try to ship all our products as soon as possible.
9. Q: Do you combine shipping?
   A: We combine items to reduce shipping costs. You will be able to quote your shipping and handling charges on your “Order Summary”. Please click “delivery and shipping” for more details.
10. Q. Do you accept Pick up orders?
    A: No pick-ups. We ship all products with tracking number.
11. Q: Where is my Stuff?
    A: We ship 100% of items paid. Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery, International orders must pass our delivery country customs and your Country's customs. Buyer is responsable for import duties and taxes.

Q: Can you do any Helmet Design?

A: This service we offer is exclusively for new designs. We don´t copy other designs. If you found a helmet´s design you like, we can use it for inspiration and develop a design based on it.

Q: Do you sell helmets?

A: We sell Replica Helmets and Original Helmets.

Q: Can you develop helmet´s design with chrome base?

A: Yes. We can design helmets with chrome base but as it is a time consuming process we need to have many orders with this requirement so as to do a batch. This is why the lead time might be extended.

Q: Do you do sponsorships or deals if I order more than one helmet at a time?

A: Yes, we can do that kind of business, just send us an email to .... and we will contact you as soon as possible.
