Return Policy

Returns for product will only be accepted if the personalization is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.

Seller will not be responsible for non-insured items. Customs taxes and import duties are responsibility of the buyer. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item please includes the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
